Simple to Operate. Easy to Maintain.
The Honey Stick Machine was designed to keep production straightforward. Complete operating instructions are included, and once you're set up, typical production is approximately 200–400 honey sticks per hour.
One quart of honey will produce approximately 220 honey sticks, depending on fill level.
Cleanup is simple. Both ends of the manifold can be removed, allowing the system to be flushed with warm water after your production run.

Don't Need Another Sealer?
Both the HSM and HSM JR are also available in NS (No Sealer) versions.
The NS models include the same Honey Stick Machine, pressure pump, food-grade tubing, 2,500 straws, and instructions—you simply supply your own compatible impulse sealer.
They're an excellent choice for producers who already own sealing equipment or prefer to source their own.
